Hi guies, i am in Australia for the past 2 years i will  become australian
naturalized citizen with in  couple of months.My long term plan is to Move to

My I-94 expired this May 31st 2008,I have my old H1 which have the
validity till 2010,but that was cancelled by my previous employee and
filed a new petition for h1 b transfer , which is still pending.In
this case am i valid to stay in US,if not what should i do ?

There are so many posts on this issue that it confuses me.
I am in the US on E-3 (with my wife on E-3D and my son on E-3D as
well, in high school and a new born baby).
Given the family situation I would like to be sure of what is involved

Hi Michael,
 I have travel to US on my B1 and I have valid I-94 till August 1st
week. Before travelling to US I had my valid H1B visa stampped also.
