It should be obvious that it's a very inefficient way for a society to
function.  If america had any brains she would celebrate mono-lingualism.

I have a H1 visa that will finish its 6 yr term in Sep 2010. I wish to
pursue a full time MBA next year and my visa will get changed to F1.
Once I am done with my MBA and apply for a new H1, will the H1 still
have a year of work left on it or will it reset to a new 6 yr term ?

I just got my I-140 approved (consulate process), but it will take
some time to get my priority date current.  My question is, in case I
need to apply a new non-immigration visa before starting consular

I received a letter the next month (September 2007) indicating that Visa

I had an interview for Naturalization on October 5.  It has been about
2 and half months and I have not received any Oath letter.
At the end of the interview, officer told me that she needs to go thru
my file again and make a decision.

I am a Green Card holder and have been working abroad recently for 5
months. I intend to come back to the States for a short while this
month and then head back overseas for another few months before
returning to California for good.

My wife's J1 expires at the end of December. I'm on a J2. We have been
