I am USC.  I have approved I-130 for my son who used to go to
university in Toronto.
Now he is back in US but I got his I-130 approved while he was in
Canada.

I am a USC.  I filed I-130 for my son about a year back and got it
approved while he was in Canada.  Now he is visiting me here.
I would like to know the policy/rules that how long I have to wait for
him to file I-485?

I am engaged to a Russian citizen from Tver.  She is here on a six month
tourist
visa expiring on Nov. 1, '09.  We did not know each other before she came
here.
