I have been chatting with a girl in Ghana on one of those matchmaking sites.
She claimed a girlfriend of hers met someone from the USA online, chatted
for a month, and then the fellow sent her $ for passport, visa, airticket
etc. ... "because they trusted each other" ... OK ?  They ...

CA would have the money to incarcerate this guy if the state stopped
