We've just got the first NOA (7-21-03) from Nebraska and they've put
the usual 150 - 180 day wait on it.  I'm planning to visit my fiance
in September and I'm concerned that, as we've started the visa
process, I'll get turned away at the POA.

My wife (K1 fiance) sent in her AOS (Chicago) on DEC 2001.
She was fingerprinted in April 2002.
Now (July 2003) she received another letter to have her fingerprints taken.
I thought you only went in once for fingerprints. Is this normal procedure?
