We had our AOS interview at the end of May in which they stated that
we would receive a decision in the mail within 3 months.  My husband
has his AP and has used it once.  What would happen if he uses his
AP to visit family and in that time frame they decide NOT to grant

my wife and i just sent in the I-485 to Miami to adjust her status and/or make
her a permanent resident etc. being now we are  married. they sent us a letter
stating we need "proof of citizenship" and that we didnt have any petitioners.

I have a non-emergency question. I married a Brazilian in Brazil a little
over a year ago and have obtained permanant residency here. My wife and I
went to the US and spent 2 weeks at Christmas time. She got a tourist visa

interview. I am aware the last 3 years returns have to be presented but
do they have to be certified by the IRS. I have been to the IRS web site

is it possible to file for a divorce within a month after the foreign
spouse is in the US - what would happen to their immigrant status.  She
already got her US residence card via I-130.  Her child from overseas
just got the visa to travel to the US.  Pls advice.

A little advice needed.  My wife and I had our AOS interview in Boston
today.  I did not get the I-551 stamp as they did not have our
"original file".  It seems Vermont still has it as I came to the US

OK, so DCF is a non-starter.
Crys will file the I-130 via CSC next week.  Is it only when this is
approved that we then file the I-129f along with the biographic and
affadavit of support forms etc?
