I got NOA Approval of my K1. How long does it take to get approval of
NVC? My fiancee is from Russia. Does NVC send NOA or how can I know if
NVC approved our case?

I would like to marry a UK citizen and then bring him into the country
as my spouse. Is there anything that stipulates that we get married
outside the US? Or could we, say, go to Las Vegas for the weekend, get
married and then have him return to the UK while we file the K3

hy I have a Question. I recieved Packet 3 and they ask for a affidavid of
support, the problem is that my husband lost his Job and there is not really a
lot of money to show them that he can support me.

Just wanted you all to know that's waiting for a Vermont 1st NOA that we got
ours today, we sent it in on June 29th. The letter says they received it on
July 3rd, online it says July 1st.  Just wondering how accurate the waiting
time they say for the NOA2 is, it says 30 -45 days. ...

I am curious if there is anyone out there who has gone through the DCF
process and had their visa denied.  I am a US Citizen and my fiancee and I
are about to get married in Brazil and then we will file the I-130 using the
DCF method.

Our checks have been cashed (130 for I-130, 255 for I-485, 50 for
fingerprinting, and 120 for EAD) my wife checked on our joint account
balance and these checks were cleared.
What does this mean? are we going to receive our receipt soon?

I made it here finally!. The POE was a breeze at Sky Harbor airport. I
actually queued up in the USA residents/citizens queue, but the nice
lady said "I'll process you here anyway" It was all done in probably
less than 5 minutes:D

We successfully visited the BCIS office in NYC on Friday, 07/11 and
obtained a stamp in my wife's passport because of the I-751 still
pending at VSC. The timeline of this visit is as follows:
1). We arrived at 05:15 AM and entered the building at 9:00 am sharp.
