Time sentive matter: INS Arrest  at POE and application for Green card through wife. pls help!!13 Jul 2003 04:12 GMT1
A friend of mine was arrested at the POE ( Port of entry ) while
entering the US.
He was deported afterwards(nov 1999) and charged with travelling with
fraudelaunt document. JUst recently, he applied for the US visa at his

they are asking for i-212 but my lawyer is opposing to file because he

Hi. If the USC lives with the joint sponsor parent, and the parent is not
SUPPLEMENTING the income of the usc but is in fact the complete sponsor because
the usc doesn't make any money, then does the parent need to fill out the
I-864a as well as the I-864? This is confusing to me. ...
