Hi. If the USC lives with the joint sponsor parent, and the parent is not SUPPLEMENTING the income of the usc but is in fact the complete sponsor because the usc doesn't make any money, then does the parent need to fill out the I-864a as well as the I-864? This is confusing to me. ...
