What Form Do I Need?31 Aug 2003 23:24 GMT1
The US Embassy in Colombia is requiring an I-134 Affidavit for Support for K1
visas.  I am going to need a co-sponsor, which I already have.  Can anyone tell
me what form the co-sponsor will need to fill out?  Do they need to fill out
another I-134 or is it a different form?
Sec 245(i)?31 Aug 2003 22:32 GMT15
Note to U.S. Citizens: If your foreign national spouse entered the U.S.
illegally (without a visa or visa waiver), you should wait to apply for
adjustment of status when Sec 245(i) is extended. Check back here
periodically for updates.

Texas because we just signed a new lease on our apartment there. We ...

Hello.  I'd like to take a vacation in the US.  I have my own money to
spend, so it isn't a problem.  I have a friend of the opposite sex
whom I have worked and corresponded with who lives in the area.  So I
also have someone to look out for me if needed.  We may also continue
UK passport changes31 Aug 2003 05:26 GMT6
I've recently discovered that as of this October all children must have
thier own UK passport when entering the USA.  The old rule of going on a
parent's passport have therefore changed (but not in the case of
European countries).

the J-1 2 Year Home Residency requirement removed, before we get
married.  We just sent in the last paperwork and have to wait for an
unknown amount of time.  She has another 45 days before her J1 visa
