Hi! When at the London Consulate.. when I filled out the two G-325's I filled them both out with my husbands information. Was this correct? Or should I have filled out one G-325 with my husbands info and one with mine?

eventually we have got our Intervew date. We waited for the INS approval(Nebraska) for 6 month. Then we waitied for the name clearance for more than 5 month. But recently we found out that the clearnce was done in March, but the case was just sitting in Warsaw Embassy for 5

I have read and been told by the BCIS now that we must wait to file AOS until our I-130 is approved. I read somewhere that when a spouse enters on a K-3, they must file AOS within three months of entering the US. Is there any truth to this?
