i-212 i-601 where/when confusion15 Aug 2003 07:52 GMT7
There seems to be continued confusion about where and when to submit i-
601 and i-212 waivers/petitions, even for identical cases (e.g., similar
k-3's or k-1's).

Hi!  When at the London Consulate.. when I filled out the two G-325's I
filled them both out with my husbands information.  Was this correct?
Or should I have filled out one G-325 with my husbands info and one

3 months to file AOS?15 Aug 2003 06:03 GMT4
I have read and been told by the BCIS now that we must wait to file AOS
until our I-130 is approved.  I read somewhere that when a spouse enters
on a K-3, they must file AOS within three months of entering the US.
Is there any truth to this?

I received my card today. I received the "Welcome to America" notice on
Saturday, so I was kind of suprised to see it in the mail today. Mine is
a ten yr one so I won't have to deal with the BCIS folks for a while.
I will continue to participate in the forums here....I am totally
