Two weeks ago I sent the papers to the San Francisco BCIS office for
the AOS/EAD. I am currently working on an H1-b visa but I hate my
current job, and would like to quit ASAP. I have another job waiting
for me, but it requires the EAD to start.

My fiancé is a Canadian citizen, I am a U.S. citizen, and he has the
following question. In the biographical info form, it asks about employment.
Several years ago, he had several short lived contract jobs (ie, doing a few
e-books, working for 2 hours counting election ballots, etc, ...

Can anyone tell me .....If my fiancé came over here (Scotland) for a visit
and we decided to go get married here in Scotland would I be able to go back
to the USA with him right away ?
I don't know if the Scottish law is the same as the English law ?
