I have now received the I-134 from my US fiance ready to submit when I have my K-1 interview in London. He has also submitted a statement from his employer showing salary and length of employment and also details from 2 of his bank accounts.

I just called the consulate in Mumbai to inquire about my wife's K-3 visa. I didn't have the case # handy with me so I just gave the lady my wife's last name and she was able to check in the system to see if they received it.
