Iam USC female in love with an Indian guy, and my fiance has his
interview date on August 30 , any suggestions ?

What is the formality for leaving the USA whilst on a conditional green
card? Is there a maximum stay period before returning to the USA and
does this affect removal of conditions of green card?

Has anybody had a K-1 interview in Kiev yet? They just started doing K-1
visas there for Ukrainian citizens instead of Warsaw, would like to know
anything about it, does it take longer than Warsaw to get an interview

I got married last week, and was trying to sort out the process of
getting the green card. I downloaded the froms from the INS web site
which includes I-130, I-485, I-765, I-864, G-325A, should I mail all
