What is the formality for leaving the USA whilst on a conditional green
card? Is there a maximum stay period before returning to the USA and
does this affect removal of conditions of green card?

Long story short: Overstayed on my tourist visa and then left the U.S.
already dating my wife. Met in Canada with her, got stopped at the
border and a visa cancelation. She came to my country and we got

Has anybody had a K-1 interview in Kiev yet? They just started doing K-1
visas there for Ukrainian citizens instead of Warsaw, would like to know
anything about it, does it take longer than Warsaw to get an interview

Has anyone else been under review or namecheck procedure? We are waiting
for a clearance from the state dept . foreign embassy is in Pakistan.
they told us it will take 45 days and it has been over 2 months now....
any information will be helpful.

Has anyone been through the I-129F visa interview process recently at
the BKK Embassy? My Fiance is scheduled to go through the interview on
Tuesday 9/9 and I would like to know how long after the interview the
visa is issued so I can purchase airline tickets to bring her to the

Ive just read on the London consul website that the US citizens birth
certificate is needed for the interview but I had read elsewhere that it
wasnt.

Can anyone tell me the specs of the pictures we have to attach to the
DS-156? I'm applying at the London Embassy, it gives the size of 37mm x 37mm
but nothing about the actual picture. Should it be adit or full face? Please

getting the green card. I downloaded the froms from the INS web site
which includes I-130, I-485, I-765, I-864, G-325A, should I mail all
