Bringing household goods while awaiting AOS27 Aug 2003 03:34 GMT3
My husband (UK) is about midway in the AOS process. He's been issued an
EAD, AP, SSN and is currently working while we're awaiting the
interview.  He's headed back to the UK for a brief trip shortly and
would dearly love to bring some of his household goods back with him.
Okay, problem here...27 Aug 2003 03:24 GMT2
We're getting ready to file the I-751 for my wife, but she never
received a green card after our AOS interview. Is there anything else
we can provide for evidence of permanent residence? I'm afraid we
won't be able to get a "replacement" card before the filing date has

wondering to who we make check out too?  Its in Memphis, TN.

Adjustment of status $ 255.00

I just got layed off today from a job I have been working at for almost
5 years. When my husband and I filled out my paperwork to apply for my
visa I seem to recall a piece of paper that said that I would not be a
burden of society and that the government could come after him for

I want to get a little feedback.....
What is the possiblity that BCIS would consider citizen volunteers
to assist with family visa processing?  or  would congress consider
this idea?

I'm still waiting for noa2 but I've been thinking of the other
things(perhaps too far ahead) that need to be done.
I will be living quite near a field office and I was wondering if it
is possible and straight forward to just go in and get your EAD before
