I just received my 1st NOA for I-130 from Nebraska BCIS 08/25/03. I
was filling out my G-325a for the I-129F application and noticed that
I had put my mother maiden name as her married name? I was wondering
what should I do? what is the process to correct the G-325a? Please

Just a quick note to share with everybody that I just received a
letter from TSC telling me that my application for removal of
conditions was approved.
I applied for removal on Feb 25 and never received an NOA.  However, my

I just got off the phone with NVC - TSC provided us our NOA2 on August
14 - NVC still does not have our case (which is not unusual) but the
lady on the phone said that it COULD take up to 90 days to just receive
the file from TSC - is this correct?

happens if she loses her GC while she is there?  What is the
procedure?  Does she go to the U.S. Embassy?
