My wife applied for advanced parole under her new name, and was
recently approved.  But her passport still has her maiden name.  Is it
still valid, or does she have to apply for a new passport?
Can we simply bring our AOS papers, marriage cert, AP, and keep the

Does someone regrets for starting the K1 visa process? Maybe there is a
better way (legal of course) or a faster way? Isn't it better to merry first
and then to start the process? Maybe it is faster like that...

I was wondering whether or not USCIS would require a certified copy of
our marriage certificate rather than a copy of the original one?  I was
thinking about ordering one "in case" it was needed for any other name
