Greetings everyone
I have a few questions/concerns regarding the removal of my
conditional green card.
I will be filing to remove my conditional green card very shortly (

Hi I am just wondering. My husband a US citizen is petitioning for me,
(Canadian)with the I-130 and K3 Visa. We are at the stage where we
have the I-130 1NOA and now are doing the I-129f for the K3 Visa? I am
just was wondering, do; Do I need to send evidence of any sort ie:

I am new to this newsgroup. I am from Canada and my fiancee is from the U.S.
We will be getting married here in Canada in February 2004. We plan on both
living in the U.S. after we are married. This leaves me with a few
questions.

a warning for those intending to get a passport stamp at newark.. the
two people in front of me got turned away because apparently newark is
now only doing this on Fridays between 8 and 12. (if passport stamping
is your only reason for going).. hopefully this will prevent someone

For all of you waiting for removal of condition from Vermont: I just
received a new NOA from Vermont, extending my conditional residence
employment and travel authorized for another year. I'm pretty happy
about this, since I now don't have to waste a day at the dreaded NYC

You're wait time for approval is going to be one year or longer if you
applied after July 1, 2003. at the NSC. Thats what my reps office told me.
We applied in May and I am so glad we have our names in. If you applied in
June your wait time is 9 months minimum.

I am pleased to annouce that my husband's K3 visa was approved today at
the London Embassy. I don't know all of the details, but can share with
you what I was told at 4.30 am Minneapolis time :)
Gavin arrived in London Tuesday and stayed at the Hilton Green Park.

I've not posted before, but have taken so much that it's only fair I give my

seriously toying with the idea of using a lawyer to handle it all for
us.  From what I have read, it seems to be a lengthy process that's
