My husband and I were wondering, and this may be a really silly

we're about to send off the AOS package, but since the AOS shouldn't go

Just wondering?  Is there a place where you can find out what kind of stuff
is available for immigrants?  I know there are all kinds of programs to help
them settle in the the US.  Have seen many immigrants get help with opening
businesses and going to school.  Does anyone know ...
What evidence for visit with pending K-1?25 Sep 2003 06:01 GMT1
Our NOA1 at the TSC was August 5, so it will probably be March or April
before he gets his interview in London. Therefore, my fiance is coming
in November for a 2 week visit. What kinds of things should he bring
with him to show that he really is just visiting, so that he doesn't ...
Grrrrrrrr  CSC25 Sep 2003 04:16 GMT15
A positive point for anyone going through CSC. My  NOA1 was received on
April 18th. Yesterday I received an RFE which at least shows they are
slowly but surely working through applications.
On the flip side of things, I can't believe I got an RFE.

EAD-MSC/NYC Question25 Sep 2003 01:46 GMT2
I have received a notice from MSC to set a Biometrics appointment for my
EAD. On getting in touch with BCIS they say there is no available
appointments up to the 1st November. This is as far as their system
allows them to set appointments.
Cuban fiancee question25 Sep 2003 01:32 GMT2
My Cuban fiancee will be coming soon...after the almost two years of waiting
and going through all the hoops for a K-1 visa...now I wonder....what
happens if things have changed or we are not the same as we were? Worst
case, we decide not to marry after all.  Could she still stay in ...
