Can anybody tell me why the MSC I-129 visa processing times have gone from August 2003 to jumping back to April of this year? Also what does this mean as it also happened with NSC and their I-130 processing times a few months ago?

Just for clarification when does the clock start ticking once you enter the US on a K-3 visa, to the time you can apply for citizenship? Or does it start once you actually have your greencard? How long is the wait for family class?

I have just received a letter from Charlotte asking me to go to the ASC for fingerprinting for my I-485 AOS. What does this mean? Does it mean that the interview is soon? What stage am I at now? Thanks.
