Last nights Democratic Presidential debate included talk of an Amnesty
for all illegal aliens in the U.S., especially hispanic aliens, almost
all agreed that an Amnesty should be granted for being in the US for 5

Can anybody tell me why the MSC I-129 visa processing times have gone
from August 2003 to jumping back to April of this year?
Also what does this mean as it also happened with NSC and their I-130
processing times a few months ago?

I purchase phone cards from ATMs to call my fiancee. I didnt know i
wud need them so i threw away all the receipts. However, i have
obtained records of all purchases from the bank.
Should i also get records of calls i made, from the phone company? Or

Just for clarification when does the clock start ticking once you enter the
US on a K-3 visa, to the time you can apply for citizenship?  Or does it
start once you actually have your greencard?  How long is the wait for
family class?

They haven't received our file yet - i called today and they told me all
they doing right now is fowarding the petition. There is nothing else
they do with the application.  is that true statement?

I got married 4/2001 I got wife approved for i-130.. was working on
support from. things not working between us. just filed for divorce..
when is she getting deported?

My husband and I sent in his I-485 (and other relevant paperwork) to the
Charlotte office on August 4, 2003.  Our check has not been cashed and
we haven't even received a receipt?  We are wondering..... (a) is this
normal? and (b) how long should we wait for the receipt?  Any

I have just received a letter from Charlotte asking me to go to the ASC
for fingerprinting for my I-485 AOS. What does this mean? Does it mean
that the interview is soon? What stage am I at now?
