My fiance' came through JFK and was asked if he was planning to work.
He said "yes" and the man stamped the passport and wrote the expiration
date of the visa and wrote in K-1 and an "A" number.

If I had to do everything over, I probably would have got married in
the U.S., and brought my wife over with a fiance visa.  It was very
complicated to get married in Ukraine, and took a lot of time and

advance parole...we have come across a few tricky questions on the
forms, like, 1-94 number......anyone know what this is?

We didn't get around to it after getting married, but my wife is now

My question is, once we apply for adjustment of status for my wife
based on her entry into the US on a K-3 visa will she be able to

My fiance and I just got an RFE for more evidence that we have met in
the past two years.  We have plenty of photos but none of them are
dated.  We weren't at the point of thinking about marriage and
immigration when they were taken.

Guess I shouldn't complain.... have been waiting for the RCMP to process my
