I appreciate the fast (and optimistic) answer to my last question. Now,
I have another concern:
My fiancee has a 6 yo daughter. She is divorced and says the father has
no interest in his child. What kind of release do I need my fiancee to

I've been reading horror stories here about mumbai rejecting k1 visas
(back in 2002).
I'm not sure what the story is now....has anyone been approved

I had some of the required vaccinations done at a BA travel clinic a few
years ago  and the rest were by my GP as a child. My GP has said she
will write a letter stating what was done and when. The BA travel clinic
gave me a yellow card with some dates hand written in it. Will this

oh by the way, the lady doctor i am talking about is from st.luke where

My wife is here on a fiance visa.  We have submitted photos for the
129F, 485, 765 and had fingerprints taken.
The 131 (advance parole) form has not been updated in a few years.  Do

This is weird.
Our online status as of this morning still read the standard:  this
application was received... blah blah blah.
As of 11am, it read:

Jason's the American citizen in this case, he's filling out the G-325A
and where it asks for his father's name, should he put his biological
father's name or his adopted father's name?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
