O1 marrying an H1 - Please advice11 Sep 2003 19:33 GMT2
My girlfriend has an H1 visa, and she applied for a greencard a few

I have an O1 and we plan to get married soon.

I wrote my Senator on Monday and just heard back from his office.  I was

After going through all our documents and triple checking everything late

We arrived at 6am and were second in line.  The man in front of us was ...

First of all I'd like to thank everyone for their help on a
traveling-to-Hawaii post I made earlier...
This matter, however, is more pressing:
I came to the US from Canada as a child on a H-4 Visa in 1984.  My dad
Urgent EAD needed AOS interview went bad11 Sep 2003 14:38 GMT1
I figured I would kill 2 birds with one stone.  My first question
relates to my story below, but has anyone done the Renewal EAD (Form
I-765) on-line versus the hardcopy format?  Is one more quick than the
other?  We expected our green card stamp and didn't get it, so now my

Re: Interview Question....11 Sep 2003 06:37 GMT7
Hi, Carey!
They give you a choice as whether you have extra shots at the medical.
