I-751 Sent only a week ago and already got greencard extended10 Sep 2003 00:16 GMT4
Hi there everyone,
I live in Orlando and sent in my I-751 last week, got my receipt from the
post office on saturday and today got an official letter from the INS /
Department of Homeland Security saying my greencard has been extended for 1

I'm finishing up my Biographic Form and I'm just curious if this is just
for their info, to see where I've lived and worked (Like most college
students, I've lived a LOT of places in the last five years) or if
there's a chance that the immigration folks will be calling up my former

Well my Fiance and I were married this past weekend. She arrived two
days before the wedding, so we were quite busy from the time she
arrvied until the wedding. Everything went great, the only hickup was
that the computers in my county were down do to the recent virus

Last week my husband and I had our AOS interview in Charlotte. All
went well and I was granted Conditional residency. I have one question
though. All the sites and forms tell you to file to remove the
conditions 90 days before your second anniversary. However the guy who

Wow isn't life complex. Ok I have a US girlfriend (i am English) whom
I have been with for 9 months. Luckily due to my situation
(inpedendent mature student) i have been able to spend quite a bit of

Apparently the word out is that due to backlog of VSC I-751, the
officers have been given power to remove conditions on gc at the time of
N-400 interview.
If this is only VSC that has to be seen.
Can we apply AOS, EAD & AP in person at the Atlanta office or do we have to mail it?09 Sep 2003 19:06 GMT2

I called the National Visa Center today and they said they received our
fiance petition from Vermont. Couldnt get any real info from them. Does
anyone know approximately how long it  takes before they send it to the
London Consulate?

I've been following this newsgroup for awhile now and i am getting ready to
file for a K-1 Visa in Vermont soon. (I'm from Belgium, She's a USC).
Since i'll be having a medical exam and i am covered under the belgian

Hello everyone!!!  Finally after many emails back and forth between me
and the London Consulate this week...Paul finally emailed them today and
they gave us the date we asked for!!  September 15th is his interview
date and we are planning to fly back here on the 16th.  I'm flying ...

forms...I come under the Cherry Hill sub-office district but I noticed on their
website that it states that I-765 EAD forms should ...
