We got married on July 7, 2003 on the beach in St. Pete, Florida.  I

Hi people,
Can my K1 visa application be processed in Canada while i am there as a
visitor.  Canada is not the country of my permanent residence!

I am about to file my I-751 but my spouse (US citizen) is now
incarcerated. We are still married etc but I cannot fulfil the
