We got married on July 7, 2003 on the beach in St. Pete, Florida. I highly reccommend. It was beautiful!! We got our copy of the license 5 days later!!! Pretty quick!! I wish all of this could be that fast! However, the fun is over and I am trying to fill out the AOS documents

I am about to file my I-751 but my spouse (US citizen) is now incarcerated. We are still married etc but I cannot fulfil the requirement of both of us attending an interview (if they do decide to give us a date) nor do I have any papers showing us residing together.
