My fiance is getting ready to head home to Birmingham, UK after a long

We've got all our forms filled out and evidence collected, but is there a
preferred method of organizing it all?  I don't want to just ...

My husband's friend (USC) married a Canadian woman about 3 years ago
in the U.S.  He and his wife simply left the U.S. without filing for
AOS before going back to see her parents in Canada.  When it came

DCF in Japan--Success!02 Sep 2003 11:31 GMT1
Hello all--I've posted in this forum a couple of times about the
Direct Consular Filing process in Japan, and wanted to follow-up now
that the process is coming to a close.  My wife had her final
interview today, and was issued the visa "stamp" in her passport.
DS156 etc etc02 Sep 2003 06:13 GMT4
Ive been trying to fill in draft copies of the forms that the London
embassy will send once approval is given etc etc.
I need quite a bit of advice with these forms - the more I read them the
more confused I get - I just wondered if there was any one here who has
From Folinskyinla -- Don't ask, I won't tell02 Sep 2003 05:16 GMT2
A gentle reminder.  In an effort to avoid even the apperance of creating
an "attorney-client" relationship, I do not answer questions directed to
me personally.  I definitely do not answer private messages.
Also, I'm an American lawyer, not a UK one.
affidavit of support02 Sep 2003 01:08 GMT1
I see this mentioned frequently in here. The I-129F does not ask for this to
be filed. When does this AOS? come into play.
What other forms are not ask for in the I-129F that will also be ask for at
some point and when?
spur of the moment and docs01 Sep 2003 23:29 GMT1
It may sound stupid, but I have been reading a lot of information on
this site about different routes to take if two people love each other
and want to be together and get married.  The K1, K3 or the spur of the
moment route.   I am just curious as I am in a relationship with an

For the K-1 visa, you must make 125% of the $15,000 poverty level,
but is that only for the last year.. or must I prove multiple years?
Last year, I far exceeded the requirement, and I will this year too,
but before last year, I had employment problems and didn't meet it.
Incorrect address. Please advice.01 Sep 2003 17:54 GMT2
I accidentally put an incorrect home number for my fiancee when I was
filling I-129F and her Biographic Information. Who do I need to notify to
change it? Can it slow down security check process? I got my 2nd NOA on July
11 and since than it was in NVC for security check.
