I am filling 1-130 for my wife living abroad. the form asks for the
proof the cittizenship. I am naturalized us citizen, but can't find my
naturzliaed certificate, is my current us passport a sufficent proof
of my citizenship? can i just put my passport number in the field

I discovered today that you can still get a SSN for your foreign spouse
and/or step-child before EAD. If you have a valid reason for needing one,
i.e. filing Income Tax returns, getting health insurance, enrolling in
public school, etc. Then you can file for a Non-work authorized ...

does anyone know the age of a police certificate that  the US consulate
in London will accept? Mine is dated July 2003, but i suspect my
interview might be January 2004... is this likely to be a problem?

Well ! Well !   Nebraska seems to have come to a halt again :( with 1-129F
processing :(   What the heck is going on?????....this is ridiculous !
Especially since they were working at great speed over the last couple
weeks.

I've finally lost patience and have decided to contact my senator.   I
know that the it's the staff who do all the work, so I'm unsure how I
should address my letter.  Do I have to address it in the name of the
senator and if so, what is the proper way of addressing her??
