Okay, this might be a stupid question, but here goes! :-) If I'm going home for a visit - my passport is in my maiden name and my greencard is in my married name...... what name do I get the airline tickets under? Don't they have to match your passport? But then wouldn't the INS ...

Just came back from my local BCIS office in SJ, and they told me to hurry up and file the AOS because there would be some changes in how/where to file for AOS coming up in Nov, which could mean more delays. I got the impression the local office would not be taking them

Just wondering if any October approvals out of NSC made it to NVC yet? Seems to be taking a while for my petition to get there whereas most others seem to arrive within 7 days. Also, anybody been approved from NVC? I'm interested in seeing others

i had my interview today for the k-1 at mumbai and the consular officer gave me the 221g with the note that the sending the case back to the BCIS for review and recomend revokation. Please someone tel me what now ???

Now I know what is wrong ... they say my UK divorce decree is not valid. I wonder what on earth is wrong with it? I sent Decree Absolute and Decree Nisi. I wonder if they are rejecting it as the decrees only show my married name and not my maiden name that I am using now.
