Today I was looking over my I-129F petition and discovered a mistake in my G
325A. Where it asks for former wife name I put her first name in both
'family name (maiden)' and 'first name' spaces. How do I correct this
mistake without jeopardizing my place in Nebraska order of ...

i am going to apply for AP (in person) in New York CIty next week.
Anyone with same day advance parole experience in New York CIty?
I know Newark(NJ) issues APs same day.

Today, it finally came in the mail but I have some questions about the
receipt number, etc.
It reads MSC - 04 - 010 -*****
Why does it read the year 2004 instead of "03" ?

Is an aposttle needed on foreign Marriage Cert. if I am filing in the
U.S. consulate in that same country we married in?
I am getting married in Belarus then plan to file I-130 at the U.S.
consulate in Minsk, Belarus. I already know I can file there.

Anyone else still waiting since their AOS interview?  I asked this
before, wanted to know if anyone had any updates.

  Certified letter return receipt.No receipt from Palm Beach or NBC. Is
the certified letter rerturn receipt valid or must my wife leave after
the 90 days when visa expires? should we refile?

I am needing some information.My fiancee and I are planning on
marrying in January. He is coming here for a visit and that was when
we planned on having the ceremony. After married doesn't that make it
easier for him to move here and live with me or will we need visa's

hi   i am Nebraska Center  and i  checked online  that my case need more
information  (RFE) ,, so now  i don't know  hoe  long more i need to

Thanks for the info on the visa I appreciate it. Now I have one more
question I would like to add. Can he be turned down for the spouse
visa even if he has all  the paperwork in order, etc...marriage
license,photos of wedding and such as that? And how long would it take

I am confused.  My husband sent our 129f K3 paperwork to the address
for the K3's as stated on the instructions for spouses and they
returned everything back....Can someone tell me the exact address: and
what title to put...I think he put USINS instead of Chicago Service

How long should i have to wait for my NEXT interview? I have been
interviewed last September but asked to return after they will send a
letter of appointment again, reason is we are lack of documents when i
went to my interview.
