I have experience in helping others to obtain visa for 129f and visiting
visa. It seems to me that the consulate has been doing as what they say on
their documents. They have proved two application with minimal questions
recently. We only provided exactly what they ask for.

My husband and I might move from Alabama (Atlanta district) to Louisiana
(New Orleans district). What would happen if I filed for AOS before
moving? Would they transfer my file to New Orleans after I notified them
of the move? Has anybody ever experienced this situation?

I'm not to sure if any of you have had any experience with this, but
my fiance is from Germany and he has yet to serve in the military or
complete his alternative option social service. I know it is still
considered mandatory for males to complete this 10 month service,

we was approved and finally out of the NSC for this but I think I know what
happens but there are many who have gone through this so please respond my
love is from Mexico and  can someone give me the number to the NVC

I just found this site and to be honest it's a little overwhelming. I
have been having serious correspondence from a lovely Russian lady and
we have decided that we need to meet.

This is for a k-3 visa...on question #25 it asks do u intend to work...and
my husband does, of course, so we put YES...but then it asks name and
address of employer.  We dont know where he will work, so what should we
put.

Once I was a student I took part in Work-Exchange program. I was in
states  under J-1 – 3 months work, 1 month traveling  - usual stuff. I
did that thing in 1998,1999 and 2000 - no overstays. I received SS#
(valid only with INS authorization) and I decided to keep that card as

If a person is self employed, and does contract work with various
companies and really doesnt OWN a Business, how would you do a letter
about your occupation. The tax returns and 1099 forms are all very good,
and the income level is good also. Just wasnt sure how,, or if a
