It may be hard to fully appreciate it, but the USA is in a state of

I just received this email from Ankara:

I just came from my congressional rep's office and she made her call to
Vermont and was told that my I130 was given to an Ajudication Officer at
9:30AM.  She was told depending on how many cases the officer has on
their desk that the approval will take any where from 2 to 4 weeks.

I just have a couple of questions, I entered the US on a H1B visa and
got married around 5 months ago...newly weds

I filed the AOS papers at the local INS office in November of 2002. I

I think I am going to visit my wife because it doesn't seem like MSC/NBC
is going to get to the RFE cases this century.  Being that they are
approving cases almost from the time I received my RFE I have given up
hope for  this office.  I just hope my I130 is approved soon because
