I just came from my congressional rep's office and she made her call to Vermont and was told that my I130 was given to an Ajudication Officer at 9:30AM. She was told depending on how many cases the officer has on their desk that the approval will take any where from 2 to 4 weeks.

I think I am going to visit my wife because it doesn't seem like MSC/NBC is going to get to the RFE cases this century. Being that they are approving cases almost from the time I received my RFE I have given up hope for this office. I just hope my I130 is approved soon because
