Removing conditional residency status01 Dec 2003 13:40 GMT9
What is the process for removing the conditional residency on the
greencard after two years? Do we have to go all the way to Texas for
an interview? (We live in TN). I know you have to fill out a form.
What else is involved? Thanks

can a husband AND WIFE co-sponsor on 1 affidavit of support I-13401 Dec 2003 05:30 GMT2
Was wondering if my co-sponsor can also use his wife's income with his

anyone of the paperwork dealing with the Affidavit of Support whickh makes
mention of 3 years. The instructions I have only makes ...

Just curious to know how many people in this NG are waiting for I-129F

doesn't seem like I'll be able to be with my fiance by June as we
