What is the process for removing the conditional residency on the greencard after two years? Do we have to go all the way to Texas for an interview? (We live in TN). I know you have to fill out a form. What else is involved? Thanks

Was wondering if my co-sponsor can also use his wife's income with his to co-sponsor for me on the I-134 or not? I have seen that once we adjust status on the I-864 that a sponsor can use a household member's income by filling out the I-864-A and include it then, but what about

I think we've decided to try for the business visa, as it looks like it's the only one he can possibly get at this time. (Without waiting another 2-3 months) Since we're scheduled for speaking engagements, etc. he really does have 'business' here. I'm curious though; if we follow
