A question about those name checks.  If a BCIS officer wishes to do
so, can he/she find out what the status is on a name check sent to an
agency?

Just wondered, Im married to a US citizen , I have 6 molnths left on
conditional temp resident, what happens when we have a baby, I know
that it will be a US citizen, but what happens in regards to returning

Been cruising the immigration page and reviewing
212 (A)(6)(C)(i) cases. Of the dozens and dozens that I reviewed I only

Okay, here's one question I haven't been able to find an answe to, can I
bring my goldfish with me when I drive across the border?  I know my

I received a Notice of Action today indicating the date and time of my

I'm a Slovenian citizen and have been in the US in F-1 status since
August 2000 (never got out of status, maintained full-time). Recently
in Sept. 2003 I got married (my wife is a US citizen) and a few days
before Christmas we filed for AOS in Los Angeles office. My current
