Just wondered, Im married to a US citizen , I have 6 molnths left on conditional temp resident, what happens when we have a baby, I know that it will be a US citizen, but what happens in regards to returning to US, does the baby get a stamp to say it can stay 6 months?

Some days are good days and some days are bad days. Today is a bad one. Been cruising the immigration page and reviewing 212 (A)(6)(C)(i) cases. Of the dozens and dozens that I reviewed I only saw two approvals and those were extreme hardship
