Just wanted to post my experience so far. I mailed I751 with
documentation off to NCS on December 13, 2003 per certified mail with
return receipt. The card was stamped at 7.30 am on December 15, 2003.
On December 21, 2003 I received the NOA that has a date of December 19,

Hi all, was just wondering if anyone knew of any lawyers that deal with
immigrating to the US through DCF. I live in Melbourne Australia, and hoping
to get things started soon and wanted to see how much all this would cost to

I am in the US on a conditional Resident Visa due to my marriage to a
US citiizen.
I remember reading somewhere that to have the conditional status taken

I have read the K1 FAQ, but still have a question.  My fiance comes
from a small town in Italy and is currently living in Australia.  We
have met and are starting the process to get her over here so we can
get married.  She tells me that it will be nearly impossible to get
