Does a k3 person have to go through a medical exam for the AOS?  I
printed out the forms for the AOS and the last  ones are medical stuff.

I quote a completed and signed G-325a for you and one for your husband
or wife.  Except for name and signature, you do not have to repeat on
the G-325A the information given on the 1-130 petition.

I have printed out the I-129F and see from note 5 that I need 'copies of
evidence' that my boyfriend and I have met. What do they want to see ?

The I-94 is merely proof of your inspection on entering the country so
once you leave the country, the portion of the I-94 that you have in
your possession will be surrendered. On your return you will have to
complete a new I-94.

Please can someone enlighten us as to the definition of “legal alien
status” in the US?   Does it indicate a “permanent resident” only, or

Me and the wife were wondering, when time comes for our removal of the
