determined to be inadmissible due to certain drunk driving arrests

I am a peruvian medical doctor. I was in US attending a short training
course under J1 visa for 3 months. I got married with american citizen
there being under J1 status. I came to my home country in order to
comply the 2 years requirement, just I complied 1 year. My husband
