During my conversation with the NVC operator today, she
said that it would take "two to four weeks" for the NVC to complete
their security checks and forward our case to the Vancouver consulate.
This was a suprise to me, given that most people's reported timelines

I've been reading up on the dcf process on this newsgroup & have tried
to contact the USC in Sydney via email but have received no
response...i'm hoping someone will be able to shed some light...

I just got my NOA for I-751 petition, it states that it will take
minimum 120 days to process and I may contact them if I wont hear from
INS (or whatever it is today) after six months ?!!!.
Is it just standard wording or are they really planning to process the

I am a british citizen and my wife a US citizen. I entered

days is over i would like to file i-485 and eventually an EAD. During
