During my conversation with the NVC operator today, she said that it would take "two to four weeks" for the NVC to complete their security checks and forward our case to the Vancouver consulate. This was a suprise to me, given that most people's reported timelines

Talked to my Senator today, and they have already contacted my congressmans office since it is a congressional issue.. Will meet face to face with him on Friday.. They said that they would get the US Senator involved if nothing has happened at that time!

I just got my NOA for I-751 petition, it states that it will take minimum 120 days to process and I may contact them if I wont hear from INS (or whatever it is today) after six months ?!!!. Is it just standard wording or are they really planning to process the
