My husband has an appointment at the Los Angeles office at 9am for his work permit. We have only been there once (we thought we can file for his change of status in person..wrong), we went early in the morning at 5:00am. There was a long line and seemed to be very disorganized.

I am from TO, Canada, engaged to marry an American Aug 2004. When we apply for the K3, do I have to go back to Canada. When can I bring my "stuff" to the US. Can my boys start school right away. Please advise.

roi, As a K3 visa entrant - if you have not applied for Adjustment of Status your application for EAD should be sent to the National Benefits
