Its almost time for me to file I-751 or for the removal of my
conditional PR status.  When i filed I-485/I-330 before i used my
maiden name but during the interview i requested if they can change it

hey everyone, well mahir had his interview monday and was approved for

my husband was denied a tourist visa may 13,2003 and then i flew to
jamaica 2x and we got married and then we got the rfe and then we made
the approval and then on to the interview and now its we will call
you.how many people has this happen too?i am not undertstanding this

This might sound dopey, but  when filing for the K3 visa and K4, for my
husband and his son, am I right to assume that they should be granted it
at the same time? He has full custody.

Well its 90 days to the day that I filed my latest EAD and no sign of it
yet, thank the Gods that my current one doesn't expire for another
month. It seems that my application went to the "National Benefits
Center" (where ever that is) and they are only just starting to work on
