Is it acceptable to travel to the US on the VWP to get married there
with the intent of going back to my home country afterwards to do a

visa for my Fiance, and my concern is thats i have been student past 3
years. i did not fiel any tax return in 2001 as i didnt work at all.

I filed at the NSC in April 2003 for removal of condtions.  The
extension of 1 yr on my letter I recieved will expire at the end of

Hello all and thanks for your support during this tedious experience.
Yesterday, my husband,daughter and I showed up for my husbands AOS
interview.  The interview went smooth and the bonafide marriage was not
even a question with my little angel in my arms.

packet 3, but it is so confusing as to what needs to be done when.

what exactly is the procedure for sending things to the consular through

I have googled this to death already and really don't understand
this.
It seems that visas K1-3 are for your spouse while K4 is for your
child.
