I'm getting ready to file for my AOS EAD & AVP but somewhere in all the moving between countries I have lost my long form birth certificate, I don't even have a photocopy of it. Can I use my ordinary 'short form' birth certificate? Or do I have to send away for another

I got my interim EAD which will expire in about 3 months. My I-765 application is still pending at the MSC. If MSC doesn't approve or give a decision before my interim EAD expires can i go to the detroit office to get another interim EAD.

My lawyer told met to fill out the I-865 for change of address of a cosponsor. I am getting clarification on this from him since the I-865 clearly states it is for the sponsor not the cosponsor. Does anyone have any experience with their cosponsor moving and notifying uscis?
