I got my interim EAD which will expire in about 3 months. My I-765
application is still pending at the MSC. If MSC doesn't approve or give
a decision before my interim EAD expires can i go to the detroit office

I went to court on Wednesday for my divorce.  The judge said that in 2
weeks I will have my final papers.  I have a couple of questions, yes

Hi Guys.  I need some clarification with this form.  My husband, who
will be the sponsor, falls short of the required income by about $1000.
Am I able to use my income to supplement his in order to reach the

Well yesterday was my husbands AOS interview in Garden
City (L.I.) New York.  Everything was quick and painless.  The
appointment was at 11am and we were out by 12pm.

My lawyer told met to fill out the I-865 for change of address of a
cosponsor. I am getting clarification on this from him since the I-865
clearly states it is for the sponsor not the cosponsor. Does anyone
have any experience with their cosponsor moving and notifying uscis?
