That's what I'm trying to do. Do I have a realistic chance of buying a round-trip ticket and having my spouse come back with me on the SAME flight on a one-way ticket?? Has anybody ever tried that? Please let me know how you managed it.

Most companies require a K-1 to prove they are legally residing in the US to aquire health insurance. My wife's K-1 visa has expired but our AOS is pending. Question= will the reciept of our AOS package from service center be proof of legally residing in US?
