I have a question about EAD/AP applications: Is it possible
to have two concurrent applications for such documents ?
Let me explain: I filed (online) for EAD and AP renewal while
my file was stuck at the National Benefit Center but I recently

Hey everyone,
I checked the USCIS website to see what date they were processing for
I-130 at the Nebraska Service Center.  Well it turns out they are
processing December 12, 2002.  My petition for my husband was dated
USCIS Phone line / website have no record of I751 Notice of Action11 Aug 2004 16:18 GMT2
I filed I751 (removal of conditions) back in March of this year and
received my Notice of Action soon after.  Today, for the first time, I
tried to check the status of my case via the phone line and USCIS web
site, using the 13-digit receipt number on my notice of action.

We kept my wife's last name throughout the PR process (K3 thru PR) to reduce the chances of any processing mishap.  We'd now like to register her new last name with USCIS.
She already has her driver license and SSN card with new last name but we'd like to register it with USCIS ...
