I am trying to get familiar with all the things we need to do to get
a K3 visa and this forum is being really helpful, but I have a

I wanted to know that in cases where spouses are no longer together and
one is a CPR, how often has USCIS refused to remove conditions? I know

Well, we went to the SF USCIS office today to collect the EAD and AP
documents, and to my surprise, the AP given to us was valid only until
Dec. 19, 2004!
On our application, we indicated that we needed the AP for multiple

If we were to apply for a K1 visa this week, what is the estimate of a
timeline for when I can enter the US to marry.   I live in Canada, the
bf lives in Washington state.   My bosses are asking me about timelines

I did a k3 for my wife and she is here now, but the I-130 I filed
through Nebraska has not been approved yet. I filed the I-130 back on
March 15, 2004.
I heard the I-130 petitions are now getting approved within 2 weeks now

Our I-130 (after being transferred to the California Service Center on
August 26th) has been approved - much earlier than expected...
..so we'll be filing for AOS in Albuquerque (probably on the same day
we go down there to get the interim EAD), and will be sure to post

My fiance recieced his K1 Visa this morning!!!! He called me in NY
around 6 :30 in the morning, but it's not like i mind at all. I hope
everyone else who went to their interview this morning was as successful
as he was. Just thought i'd post his success on the forum to give hope

I-130 Finally Approved.  Got transferred to CSC a few weeks back and
presto!!!! Its approved.  Now starts the process of AOS.  I have a

Anybody know definitively whether, when entering the US on an
unconditional green card, one's passport must be valid for at least
six months (as required for non-immigrant visas?)

i know this is crazy.. but we're back together.. i withdrew all
petitions and we also divorced, now are we want to stay together!
he reapplied for I-130 through his mother since she is a USC...
will we have issues? we won't remarry until he is approved for residency
