i have browsed through almost all the posts on the internet but am
still unable to find a definitive answer for the following question:
i have a visa interview in 20 days...i have my 'tax transcripts'
mailed by IRS for the years 2001 and 2002 (only years i had income)

Our lawyer said that one of the things the INS looks for is Jointly
filed tax returns.  What if he does not have a SS number by then?  Do I
still put him on the return? ..........................any chance the

Ok, I am waiting for my 10 year card from CSC (dropped off photos and
did paper work at LA 6 months ago). Yesterday I received a welcome
notice from CSC saying the GC is in the mail, but its only valid
for 2 years (approved conditional resident). I am just wondering if

The way things are looking, the change in poverty limits from 2004 to
2005 will be right in the middle of our 'DCF' procedure. We'll be filing
