Anyone in the same boat as me with a receipt date of April 16th or
earlier and still waiting for EAD?  I just checked the USCIS site and
currently they are processing I485 related EADs with a receipt date of

Democrats,go.....) on Mon Oct 11... his Immigration Liaison, the very

GC expires in mid Jan 2005.
Documents I plan to submit are joint income tax returns, bank
statements for the past year with both names listed on the account,
