No proof that AOS is approved29 Oct 2004 17:48 GMT3
Hello Again: I posted a few days ago that my husband's AOS was approved

some kind of proof that he was approved until the card comes? Kind of
confused if the I-551 Stamp is done with, I read that some are still

Some of you may remember me in here although it has been a while since I

Not been here in a while, and am stuck on something.  Is it true that
the fees we pay for the services of the USCIS are used to pay the

not for CERTAIN that it's so.  Does anyone have a web address that I

HELP! My wife abandoned her resident status...29 Oct 2004 03:12 GMT10
I am a permanent resident since 1996 (employment-based immigrant visa)
and I am applying today for naturalization. Five years ago, my wife was
appointed as a diplomat by her country of origin. There was a catch: she
was informed by the Dept. of State that she could not be a diplomat ...

Divorce and Green Card28 Oct 2004 23:59 GMT3
I am presently undergoing divorce; it is not amicable and I had to

and both the parties agreed to the terms of the settlement, and the

I-134 Joint sponsor's spouse signing?28 Oct 2004 19:44 GMT18
My fiance's father is co-sponsoring my fiance for the I-134 affidavit,
but the info (DS2000) says that if one of the sponsors is married, that
its spouse should co-sign. My fiance's mother should thus co-sign, but
there is no space for that on the I-134! What should they do?
