Hi, my husband just got his passport back from the US embassy London. We filed for a K3 fiance visa I129 The visa stamped inside his passport says One Entry Only and expires in 90 days??? Shouldn't the visa expire in 2years with multiple entry? Did the embassy make a mistake? OR ...

What exactly do they check and at what points in the process? I assume the police check in the early stage of the K1 is just to prove that you've no convictions of being a mass murderer of something... but what others are there?
