Hi to everyone. I am from Bulgaria and i moved to Usa an year and a half
ago and i became Legal Resident. I want to take my girlfriend/fiance
here, but i have no clue how the system works. Can someone of you give
me some advice, what and how should i proceed ?

I filed for my advance parole in November 2004 with a recipet date of
Novemaber19,2004.  I was surprised to recieve a Ref on Jnauary 10 2005,
they said I did not include proof of filed I-485 which I know I did.

Hello...
NC DMV says that my wife has to change her name with SS before they'll
update their records, SS says that she has to update it with INS first.
I can't find anything on the USCIS site about changing your name...

My hubby is here on K3 which expires in May.  He is doing consular
processing in Montreal and is waiting for an interview date.  We have
filed the I-539 and got the first NOA on Friday.  The NOA says 60-180
days to process.

permanent resident (I485).
