There seems to be disagreement on this site about whether possessing both an (unused) EAD and current H1B while applying for AOS through marriage to US citizen, allows you to travel without advance parole. What are your thoughts- is it too risky to travel without AP considering

Am I correct in thinking once one has the 10 year green card if they stay out of the country for more than a year the GC is revoked? If this is correct what happens if one takes Citizenship & then decides to leave for more than a year?
