Do I need to do Finger Prints again?31 May 2005 20:48 GMT2
My finger prints were completed more than a year ago. I had an
interview already amonth ago, interview was OK, but no approval notice
or actual GC up to this point, my understanding is that there is
security check etc.

a valid Advance Payroll and I need to travel in emergency. Would i be
able to use it while the divorce is pending? As far as i understand the
AP is valid until the I-485 is denied?. Is that true?

I am a USC and my fiance is in the Uk .When it comes to the annual
income do I include my child support in my annual income .I looked at
the form and cannot find a spot for additional income so I am assuming
that is to be added in the annual income spot.

Last friday I got a surprise in my mailbox. My NOA date is Jan/2004,
so I was not expecting to get interview date until end of year... But
