My finger prints were completed more than a year ago. I had an interview already amonth ago, interview was OK, but no approval notice or actual GC up to this point, my understanding is that there is security check etc.

Neither of us have filed for the divorce yet but will be shortly. I have a valid Advance Payroll and I need to travel in emergency. Would i be able to use it while the divorce is pending? As far as i understand the AP is valid until the I-485 is denied?. Is that true?

I am a USC and my fiance is in the Uk .When it comes to the annual income do I include my child support in my annual income .I looked at the form and cannot find a spot for additional income so I am assuming that is to be added in the annual income spot.

Last friday I got a surprise in my mailbox. My NOA date is Jan/2004, so I was not expecting to get interview date until end of year... But I got it!!! My interview will be in July! I have 2 months to prepare..
